Talley-Designed Mounting System
Custom gunmakers have long sought the quality and durability of Talley mounts. Available for magnum and standard calibers (please specify when ordering), the Talley system features CNC-machined rings and bases of 2024-T4 aircraft-quality aluminum or cold-rolled carbon steel. Precision tolerances ensure a precise fit where the ring and base contact. The double recoil shoulder base is rock solid and will withstand the repeated pounding of our largest magnum cartridges. All screws are heat-treated to prevent breakage.
For ease of use, the unique system is available in fixed or quick-detach (QD - Sold Separately) models with a lever-lock or screw-lock release. With the QD system, a pre-sighted backup scope and ring system can be quickly installed in the event of a scope failure. Available in matte blue or high gloss in low-medium or high, 1" or 30 mm. All rings and bases have been carefully finished to complement the finish of all Weatherby® rifles. (Quick Detachable Levers Sold Separately)
How to order Talley-designed mounting system:
1. Select base (magnum or standard action)
2. Select ring style (fixed, QD or QD w/ Lever), ring height (low, medium, 1" or 30mm) and ring finish (matte or high gloss)
When determining required ring height be sure to compare your scope's objective diameter to the specifications in the chart below.
