  1. New favorite

    By Sgjrealtor November 07, 2017

My dad bought me a Weatherby Mark V Accumark in .338 Lapua for Christmas last year. It have been the most fun to shoot and most accurate gun in my safe. Very pleased. I have 2 inch groups at 300 yards and will be moving out to 500 yards in the upcoming weeks.

  2. Amazing rifle

    By Chris338378 June 17, 2017

I bought one of the first Accumarks that came out in .338-378 Weatherby Magnum and absolutely love it. The rifle is extremely accurate, will give consistent five shot groups at .75 MOA at 200 yards and lots of fun to shoot. This rifle lives up to the saying that nothing shoots flatter, hits harder, or is more accurate. have lots of other rifles but this one is truly my number one choice to hunt with. If you buy an Accumark you definitely won't regret it and will wonder why you didn't buy one sooner.

  3. Outstanding quality.

By Leonard " Two Clicks" May 30, 2017

I purchased my Weatherby in 300 Weatherby Magnum several years ago. On numerous hunts, deer, elk, feral hogs, marauding grey wolves, my Weatherby has never failed. In this caliber, there is a super accurate projectile weight for all of North America.
If I could only have two rifles, my 300 Weatherby and and my Kimber .22 bolt action will do it all.

  4. still fighting the good fight

    By Gerry May 14, 2017

I have an Accumark in .300 Weatherby Magnum. It has been trouble free for about a quarter of a century. I sighted in the day I mounted the scope and have not adjusted. Each hunting season I fire a proof shot and go hunting. This is the second Mark V for me. The first one I would not use for fear of damaging, it was so nice. Not a problem with the Accumark: the composite stock is really tough, marring is not a concern.

I hunt primarily in northern Minnesota and the terrain and conditions are not fire arm friendly. It is a one shot, one kill weapon.

  5. Overall value of Accumark Rifles

    By Chief April 26, 2017

I have owned Weatherby Mark V Accumark Rifles since shortly after they were introduced, and bought my most recent one, a 7mm Weatherby Magnum, in April 2017. I have them in 257 WBY through 340 WBY, and a 7MM STW. The thing that's different about these rifles versus what's available from other makers is that each is a rock-solid, varmint-weight, highly accurate piece. Nobody else makes such consistently accurate firearms in a wide array of long-range magnum-level chamberings. The 257 shoots easy half-inch groups, and the 340 is always well under one m.o.a. when using Sierra MatchKings. The reason I chose a 7mm WBY for the most recent purchase is simply because I regretfully sold my previous one to a close friend. It shot (witnessed) groups measuring as small as 0.249 inches, so now it's "work up a load time" for the new one.
